Hello my name is Matthew. I am originally from Sioux City. I’m an optician here at Advanced Eye Care. I’ve been working for Dr. Wilson for about a year; I enjoy helping people get the best vision possible from their glasses. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our cat. I also enjoy painting and going to concerts.

My name is Sherri. I am one of the front desk receptionists here at Advanced Eyecare. I have been here since July 2022. I enjoy working with our team and meeting so many of our patients every day. Our office is a fun place to work where we all genuinely care for each other and continuously work toward the goal of providing excellent patient care to all of our patients. Outside of work, I am usually found spending my time with my family and friends. Our family enjoys getting together and playing games or just visiting. I am an aunt to five nephews and two nieces and a dog mom to a very spoiled pup.

Hello! My name is Amber; I am a technician here at Advanced EyeCare. I am originally from Osceola IA but currently live in Guthrie Center IA with my fiancé. I have an 11-year-old daughter and a dog named Rip (after the best character on Yellowstone). I started in the eye care field in July of 2022 and have worked at Advanced EyeCare since July of 2023. In my free time I love trying new restaurants, motorcycle rides, camping, and lazy Sundays with the family. My interest in eye care started when I was diagnosed at an early age with Glaucoma. I enjoy being able to promote early testing for patients. The team at Advanced EyeCare is one of a kind and Dr. Wilson is an amazing doctor and teacher. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work for. I look forward to the opportunities and knowledge Advanced EyeCare brings.

My name is Sarah and I am originally from Van Meter, IA, but I’ve been living in Lincoln, NE for the last 4 years. I started working at Advanced Eye Care in late August 2023. Since starting work I have learned so much about the eyes. I feel like I learn something new every day, and it is even better when combined with the chance to work with great people. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, travelling when I can, and baking. I live with my pet rabbit Bailey, who is 13 years old!
